Hip-Hop Wizard
"Loose lips and chemistry"

I'm on record saying this before, but I will reiterate it until I die: the first song on an album is SO important. It sets the tone for the listener journey. It tells them what to expect for the next 40 or so minutes.
Hip-Hop Wizard is about (sorry mum & dad) getting extremely high in Jamaica and having the most intense sexual experience of my life. (How's that for setting the tone!) I'll say no more, but infer what you will from the lyrics below. They're not exactly cryptic!
Musically, the drum beat came first and it has this slow, driving, hip-hop vibe (hence the title). Once the guitar/bass etc were there, it just felt so dirty and almost sensual in a way that I knew it had to be about gettin' down. The nasty business.
Also of note: my first ever guitar solo. Eat your heart out, Slash!
Video walkthrough
Smoke haze snakes around me
Hips move in melody
I put the lock on the door

Your touch, scintillating
Lips hanging from a string
You've got me begging for more

c.
Time melts in ecstasy
You're a freak like me
Loose lips and chemistry

Sweat drips, bodies writhing
A twisted, contorted spring
We go all night 'til we're sore

Loose hips penetrate you
Wrists bound and you subdue
I've got you screaming for more

c.
Time melts in ecstasy
You're a freak like me
Loose lips and chemistry
